Congratulations to Abby Cash, a setter/outside hitter on our 17 Blue team and one of the captains of the Division III State Champion Miami East Vikings volleyball team, who was recently named All-American by PrepVolleyball.com. Abby was one of only 150 players in the country to earn such an honor. Of the 150 players, only 6 were from Ohio and only 36 were juniors.
13 Blue finished 2-3 on the MEPL weekend. Finishing third in their pool and 1-1 in bracket play.
14 Blue finished 3-2 on the MEPL weekend. Finishing second in their pool and 1-1 in bracket play.
15 Blue finished 3-2 on the MEPL weekend. Finishing third in their pool and 2-0 in bracket play.
16 Blue finished 3-2 on the MEPL weekend. Finishing third in their pool and 2-0 in bracket play.
17 White finished 3rd of 15, Ultimate Sports Center 17 Regional Tournament.
In case you hadn't noticed, we have adorned our lobby walls with High School and College volleyball posters. So if your school is not represented yet, and you have a poster you can donate, please bring it in to our office and we will be happy to hang it on our wall.
Amy Cox (Wittenberg Assistant Coach), Miranda Sagle (senior middle hitter), Hannah Riley (senior outside hitter) and Hallie Donathan (junior setter) are part of the Wittenberg University team which won the NCAA Div III National Championship by beating Christopher Newport University on Sunday, Nov 20th. Amy is our 16 White Head Coach and Miranda will be her assistant. Hannah will be coaching our 12 Gold team. Amy was an All-American setter at Wittenberg and Miranda gained All American honors last fall as a junior. Miranda played for Dayton Juniors while attending Springfield Shawnee High School and Hallie played for Dayton Juniors while attending Tipp City High School.
Miami East, with 8 Dayton Juniors players on their roster, beat Gilmour Academy in the Division III State Finals Saturday at 11 AM in WSU's Nutter Arena. Congratulations to Leah Dunivan, Abby Cash, Sam Cash, Allison Millhouse, Angie Mack, Allison Morrett, Lindsay Blankenship, and Anna Kiesewetter. Lori Smith, our 13 Blue coach, and Lauren Kiwacka, our 14 Gold coach, are the varsity assistant coaches.

The Dayton Juniors Volleyball Club would like to thank everyone who participated in the Information Meeting on Sunday, Oct. 9th. The turnout for both sessions was outstanding.
