Coaching Staff Highlights:

We are one of the very few programs in the country that have the following:

• Master Coaches - they are responsible for implementation of all Dayton Jrs Training Guidelines and Policies as well as allowing new and younger coaches to develop under their guidance.

• Over 44 coaches on staff in which over 60% have played college volleyball.

• More than 10 having college coaching experience (some current college coaches).

• Over 60% of our Coaches are or have been involved in HS programs.

• If we were to add up the years of "quality" coaching experience we would need more than a calculator to add up the years!
